We understand that once a package leaves our facility, the journey is in the hands of our delivery partners. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance in your cart and at checkout.
What is Shipping Insurance?
Our Shipping Insurance is an optional service that protects your order against specific unforeseen events during the delivery process. By selecting this coverage, you are ensuring that your investment in your pet’s health is safeguarded against the following:

Loss in Transit: If your package is lost by USPS, UPS, or another of our shipping partners before it reaches its destination.

Theft During Transit: If the package is intercepted or stolen while moving through the carrier’s network.

Failure to Deliver: If the carrier fails to complete the delivery for reasons outside of your control.
Covered orders protected with shipping insurance re-ship at no charge to you. Both the product and shipping costs are 100% covered. We want to ensure your pup doesn't miss out on their favorite treats due to a courier error.
Limitation of Coverage
We want to be as clear as possible to ensure there are no surprises. Please note that our Shipping Insurance only covers orders while they are "in transit." If the courier marks your order as "Delivered," the order is no longer protected from theft or loss by this policy. At that stage, the package is considered to have been successfully delivered to the address provided, and the transit period has ended.
We are truly sorry, but we cannot extend coverage to packages that disappear after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you select a secure location for delivery and pick up your order as soon as you receive your "Order Delivered" email.
How to File a Claim
If your order has been lost or reported as stolen, please file a shipping insurance claim here.
Our team will proactively work with the carrier to locate your package or, if covered under this policy, arrange for a replacement of your order to be sent out as quickly as possible.
