At Good Bark, we’re dog people, and your dog’s health and tail-wags are our absolute top priority!

We pour our hearts (and only the best 100% natural, preservative-free ingredients) into every batch of treats. We want you to feel completely confident and happy with every purchase, knowing you're giving your best friend something truly amazing.

General Returns Policy

Because our products are food items, we must adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards unless if it's a "Treat Trial" (more information on that below.)

  • Eligibility: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

  • Condition: The product packaging must be unopened, intact, sealed, and in its original condition.

  • Process: To initiate a return for an eligible product, please initiate a return here. Please ensure to have your order number.

The Good Bark "Treat Trial"

We understand that every dog has unique tastes. To ensure you and your dog are completely happy, we offer a special Treat Trial guarantee for first-time purchases for each product.

  • What It Is: If your dog doesn't like the taste of a specific product you purchased for the first time, you may return and exchange the opened bag for a different flavor.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    1. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

    2. This policy applies only to the first time you purchase that specific product in any size. Subsequent purchases of the same product in any size are not eligible for the "Treat Trial."

    3. You must have been logged into a Good Bark account when placing the order. To prevent fraud, products purchased as a guest are not eligible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or next steps of your refund and/or exchange.

Damages, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at ryan@goodbark.com so we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancelling or Editing Orders

Because we fulfill orders the same or next business day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order after you have received your order confirmation email.

We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but in many cases, it may be too late to make changes.
