Will Pumpkin billing show up on my Good Bark account?
No. Pumpkin charges your card directly each month for the Pumpkin Wellness Club membership. Good Bark only sees your orders and applies your member discount. Two separate bills, no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?

Is this pet insurance?
No. Pumpkin Wellness Club is a preventive care plan that reimburses you for routine vet visits, vaccines, and bloodwork. Pumpkin sells separate accident and illness insurance if you want that on top.
What if my dog has a pre-existing condition?
Pumpkin Wellness Club is preventive care, not insurance, so pre-existing conditions don't disqualify you. If you also want Pumpkin's separate accident-and-illness insurance, that's a different product and may have its own underwriting rules.
What does Good Bark get when I sign up?
A small referral fee from Pumpkin. It helps fund the work. The 20% you save on every order more than covers it.
